Men’s health awareness – 9 common issues

While men are often perceived as being physically stronger and more dominant in sex, there are downsides to being male. It comes with its own set of health problems and concerns. Many of these health issues can be avoided or treated early.

Here are 9 common issues for men in the area of health:

Prostate issues -As soon as a man turns 40 his prostrate will grow. This is called benign prostate enlargement.

Prostate Cancer – Prostate cancer is the most common form of cancer in men, after skin cancer. The American Cancer Society suggests that men who are at average risk for prostate cancer start screening around age 50. However, those with higher risks should start earlier.

Freak in the Sheets sex toy tips

Tip No. 1:

While it’s tempting to purchase sex toys online I would suggest you go to an Freak in the Sheets. At the very least, until you can discover what you are looking for and what brands you prefer, and the list goes on. My personal favorite is called Early to Bed in Edgewater.

Tip No. 2:

Start cheap. While the ones which are less expensive won’t last as long (if they’re cared for correctly) There’s nothing worse than spending a significant amount of money on a diamond double dog only to discover that you don’t like it. Do not spend too much.

Tip No. 3:

Begin small. It’s tempting to go to the Ron Jeremy dildo, as it appears tiny compared to the wine-sized dildo behind it. However, the general consensus is that eyes may be larger than our vaginas. It’s better to climb to the top of the scale particularly if you’re playing with anal toys.

Chronic Medical Diseases: Diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and high cholesterol are all chronic medical conditions that cause premature death in men at their prime.

Respiratory Disease – According to the American Lung Association (ALA), more men are being diagnosed with lung cancer each year than ever. Although smoking is still the most common cause of lung cancer in men, occupational hazards can increase the risk.

According to the CDC, alcohol abuse and use is more common in men than in women. Alcohol consumption increases the risk of colon, throat, liver, and esophageal cancers. It can also affect hormone production and testicular function.
